Andrew Hipkiss, Senior Partner of Walton and Hipkiss says   “Although the technology with You Tube is used in so many different ways, I personally don’t know of any local estate agent in Hagley, Stourbridge or even the West Midlands and Worcestershire using this service, but I am willing to be proven wrong.   Some agents have tried doing video with VHS like our selves many years ago, but this proved a difficult service to provide, whereas You Tube is much more accessible on computers and mobile devices.    We may be first in this area, but like all good ideas I am sure someone will copy our idea very soon".
