I work from both the Stourbridge and Hagley offices and oversee the running of

the company, taking a keen interest in all departments.

I have regular meetings with all managers to engage new ideas and to establish

how the market is developing.  I also have individual departmental meetings to see

how everything is running and to encourage new ways to further improve ourselves.

We also have meetings with the Bank of England either at my office or by conference

call to help report on the local activity of each department, when the bank requires

up-to-date information.

The family company was established in 1929 by my Grandfather and continued by

my father until 2006, I always strive to provide the very best service for our

2011 we have been helping Google to further build its 3D mapping service and

are currently looking to provide 3D buildings around Stourbridge and Hagley.

The Advertising we provide in the local Stourbridge News is produced by our

Graphic designer - Matt Walton and produces high quality work for each property.

I have a dedicated team at both offices and I can confirm we have been extremely busy in all departments, in a very difficult market and continue to attract good clients.

Walton and Hipkiss has further developed the QR technology Display by automatically displaying personalised QR Codes on our website for every

Property For Sale, To Let, Commercial and Land page, enabling you to download

the photos, YouTube and our three apps introduced in 2012.  All this can be gone directly from a computer screen to your smartphone screen.

In 2012  I have interjected 3 apps to help you get more information about

property coming on the market.   Some agents may already have their own

single iphone App, but I decided to introduce the iphone, ipad and Android Apps.
