I work out of both our Stourbridge and
Hagley offices and head up the Commercial , Land and
Valuation side at Walton and Hipkiss.
I am currently active with sales and lettings of industrial
and office units, retail shops as well as the sale and
acquisition of land for commercial and residential
development. We also offer a service to assess your
current property ownership or a "Property Health Check" and
consider implications and opportunities for alternative uses
and/or planning consent for redevelopment / refurbishment -
this may significantly enhance value and enable a sale or
letting in a difficult market where its existing use would
not be so attractive.
I am also advising many clients on a Development Consultancy
basis for both new residential and commercial propositions
throughout Stourbridge, Black Country and North
Worcestershire, this advice ranges from Marinas, Retail and
Leisure uses to car parks and long term strategic land - if
